Yes, I know the quote is from Gremlins but it's kind of applicable to mobile phones. I recently unwittingly introduced my K800i to a lot of rain via a rain jacket pocket that failed miserably at its sole task. Initially I thought it was going to be ok as the phone turns on but most of the buttons have stopped working. Bugger. Luckily I still have my K750i in working order and have temporarily reverted to that while I get the other one repaired. I think I've stored most of the stuff on the memory card so whatever is in the phone memory shouldn't be too much of a loss. I'm not due an upgrade until at least September so I'm stuck with what I have at the moment. Got one and had a play around with it and it's quite cool. I've installed an iTunes server on the Slug and it works really well. OK, it doesn't have RAID 5 and hot swap disks etc but for the price it's pretty neat. Who knew Brent Spiner was so funny? It's a great way of getting an understanding of people that you will never ever meet.
